Who test the monster set Balorgh ?

Is Weapon damage bonus when or after using an Ultimate ability?I mean the Ultimate abilities themselves profit Balorgh set?

✭Instant damage does not get buff (like soul harvest) but if the ult have DoT (like destro ult) the later ticks will benefit from it.2 -

You can use whatever you want in overland, so it would work fine. Since all overland melts anyway Balorghs short duration wouldn't be quite as harmful I suppose. In Dungeons and Trials, its worthless though because it has crap duration and minuscule uptime on any level of the buff that would actually be useful. Its yet another pvp set that they dropped into pve.0 -

It buffs up instant cast ultimates as well:
...it's a little weird how it works though - sometimes it takes the ultimate value from the previous ultimate you used rather than current one.
E.g. you consumed 500 ultimate 20 seconds ago & dealt only 25k with Incap, next time you use Incap at 70 ultimate it deals 29k.
Really buggy set (still good though). Of course it doesn't work at all right now as ZOS broke it completely in last Monday's patch.1 -

I think the test is wrong.You should use IS ability in same circumstance.Like using IS at begaining of a combat without any buffs.
