A small list of things that bother me the most about the game. Feel free to add your own if you want.
This is for feed back to ZOS since there is no other way I know to do that.
1. Storage space - The bank space is way to small. All of the other games that I have played in the past have had banks space for each character and a shared area. This game has way more stuff that takes up space than any game I have played before and I have played a lot of them. This game needs something like the characters space or a much larger bank space. The chest idea isn't helping that much because again it is for all characters. I have 15 characters and with all the sets of armor I am trying to complete, recipes, food and potions for different level characters and the things I need to share with them all there just is not enough space. On top of all that you have so many things that are character bound. I would still need the crafting bag because of the number of those items. I don't know how people play without that crafting bag. Maybe that is why so many seem to tire of the game so fast. I have one account that I don't subscribe with, since you started the expansions and added that cost, and it is ridiculous to try and play.
2. The interface - When has that been updated? I think you need to merge some of the ideas from that add-ons that people have made with the interface. Every time you update that game some add-ons don't work and need to be patched. People are not going to play the game for ever and when they leave no one supports that add-ons. I tell you that if some of the add-ons that I use go away so will I. Please include some of these functions in the interface that you support!! I have already lost some add-ons that I really miss but not one supports them any more because the left the game.
3. Balance and PVP - PVP is not balanced and needs to be for most people to play it. I'm not going to tell you how to do it but it sure doesn't seem to be now. Please don't balance it on the back of PVE!!! Enough said.
4. Make some good looking armor. Personally I don't find any sets that look that good. Simple but good looking. The current sets seem to all be to complicated looking. I don't quite no how to say it. Clean lines. Some of the lower level armor looks better that the high level stuff.
5. I think that you need to explain more of the game. Searching the web and finding posts by people to explain your game is a pain. Also it changes so much that most of the information I find is obsolete.
You want people to play the game for as long as possible so it needs to have as few hassles as possible. I know you think that things like bag space might impact your subscriptions but I don't think so. Hassles are not fun so that more there are the shorter time I play a game.
