So I was with a trial group and was completing Veteran Sanctum Ophidia for the first time. About halfway through it I started feeling terrible but kept on fighting through it, On the final boss the pain was so bad that it was hard to focus on my rotation (I was on a Mag Sorc at the time). I kept on dying and the trial lead was like "Yo Felex, you got to focus man. Why do you keep on dying?"
I told him "I feel like I'm getting cut open from the inside. It hurts pretty bad and it's hard to focus".
I fought through it and we beat the Serpent and right after I went to the ER. Turns out my appendix burst and I had to get rushed into surgery. From then on, we joke about how the poison DoT you get on you in that trial gave me appendicitis and that it can happen to anyone else so you have to be careful not to spread it.
I got guildie of the week though, so that was pretty cool. Dedication!!

✭✭✭✭✭I accidentally wound up leading a PVP raid during the first Midyear Mayhem.
I'd joined an LFG early in the morning on Shor and got handed Crown because I was the only one with an idea of where to go.
We took back the emp ring, then went for an AD scroll, something I hadn't done before. Led my raid straight off a cliff and half of us died, including me.
Better yet, AD got one of the scroll keeps back, so we all took 1 million damage from the scroll barrier and died.
It was great fun though!4 -
BWS2K✭✭✭I remember trying out PvP (not my forte) with some friends for the first time a few months back. We were chatting in Discord and I had to go... but I kept my channel open and switched to a different character. I hunted them down based on what they were saying and totally ambushed them (very unsuccessfully). Absolutely my most favorite moment in a long time.
