Menu says cannot access Save File because its Corrupted

I was in the Sewer Base of Imperial City (AD), had just sold items and was opening a Tel Var satchel when I blue-screened. I sent a report to ZOS via PS4. When I tried to log back in the menu said my save file was corrupted. Help!

✭Wow that sucks. Have you tried deleting the game's save data and seeing if that'll fix it? I don't think it'll delete anything actually important to the game, like characters and stuff. Just your settings for the game and whatnot.1 -
