Immovable Pots Not Stopping Dawnbreaker CC

Is this a bug?

I popped an immovable pot half a second before an enemy dawnbreakered me and I got stunned. My potion went on cooldown.
I didn't breakout before I took the pot.

Is this a bug?

CC in general seems to be unreliable as of late. I can gain CC immunity through pots, Shuffle, DK's wings, Forward Momentum, or any other means, and immediately get thrown into a hard CC. Even seen some people get snared immediately after dodge rolling out of the previous snare, which should have given them immunity to snares (not sure if it is straight CC immunity, or just snare immunity) for a few seconds afterwards.

Zenimax is rewriting CC on their end with Murkmire, to just in general fix CC. They said the goal is to fix CC immunity, as well as CC that doesn't actually apply.

    EDIT: Formatting done broke.

Wings, Forward Momentum, and Shuffle all do not give CC immunity. They give snare and root immunity.

Even less so for dodgeroll. Rolls don't even do anything for snares. They merely give 2s of strictly root immunity, which barely persists for a second once you're out of the actual roll animation.

It's really hard to take complaints seriously when people don't understand the basic mechanics of the things they're complaining about.

Not to say CC immunity doesn't bug out, but it typically concerns multiple knockbacks or break-free malfunctioning. And snare/root immunity also seems to be bypassed by entrapping poisons and generic NPC snares.

Nothing you mentioned is an actual problem, however.

There seems to be a ~1 second delay on immov pots now. Makes it hard to use them responsively.

I've noticed some issues with CC immunity not working well. I'll be in the thick of a fight, break free and then get hit immediately with a hard stun or knock back. It's hard to note the details because I'm usually scrambling frantically to survive when It happens, but it sure feels like this has been happening a lot recently.

Happens all the time. BF then follow up hard cc or knock back. BF again but you are dead.

Chain CC is very frustrating.I have even had flame reaches knock me back twice within seconds from the same player.

I also experience alot of lag with CC. BF doesn't apply straight away or simply doesn't work. Sometimes you are stuck there for a second whilst the game catches up and realises you are CCd. Then the animation applies and only then can I BF which of course is too late.

I mostly experience CC bugs with fear and Fossil followed by knockbacks like reach and jav.

Where did you hear that? Got a link for us?

It's not just immovable pots though. Even the CC immunity from being CC'ed isn't working, as you can be stunned, break out, and immediately get stunned again.

I know, CC is borked in many ways. The OP mentioned they used a potion though. If they really fix CC for Murkmire it'll be a game changer.

This. I run immovable pots on every toon in pvp, and usually run cc and snare removal/immunity skills as well. I can’t even count how many times a night I get a hard cc immediately after initiating cc immunity. Literally dozens of times each night.

Apparently it "fixed" my links. Use these:
