Housing: Friends Access to All Housing

I’ve got multiple homes and it’d be great if all my friends could access more than just my primary residence when I’m not online, particularly Mournoth Keep which is right by a wayshrine.
I’ve got Daggerfall Overlook where all my PvP siege from ranking up is and all my Undanted monster heads and busts. It’s also where we duel. The Manor near Kvatch is where all my crafting stations are. Etc etc.
It would greatly improve quality of life and housing in general if folks could port to my various residences for various reasons. I hate to get a house and shutter it just because I got a new one.

Or let us have a primary house and a guild house designation where friends and guildies could port to those two. That would help.
