Low performance since summerset

Hi there! Since summerset patch, I have a very low performance of the game. Almost all of the time I have 10-15 fps and it's a pain in the ass. I'm running on OSX EL capitan and I don't know if I should upgrade it or it's a problem with all versions. Prior to summerset my game was running fine. I have an internet connection of 50MB so I don't think that's the problem.

so, no fix to this issue? I am running as low as 13 fps sometimes with a Gforce 1060 6gb SSCFTW video card and a 1900X threadripper processor gaming pc. Using 100mb cable internet. This all happened after summerset
