Crown store poison and gems

Does anyone know why I sometimes can't turn a bunch of crown store poison into gems? I know the minimum is like 25 right? Sometimes I'm sure I am able to turn a stack into gems, then other times I can't seem to do it. They are just stuck in my inventory being useless, since I never use them.

I seem to remember a few weeks back easily turning them into gems, and now this week, i have like 100 and i cannot.

I never have problems with the tri potions or anything else. Just always those damn poisons junking up my bags.

    I believe the free daily reward items can’t be converted to crown gems, as we don’t get them from crown crates.

    Only Crown Crate rewards can be turned into gems, since that currency is only used for crate rewards.

    Ah okay thanks guys.

    I must of been dreaming about turning the other poisons I had into gems then. I swear I learn something new everyday in this game. :wink:

    You are able to turn the poisons you get from crown crates into gems, you didn’t dream that. I suspect the 100 you’re sitting on now are from the daily rewards, which are treated differently.

    That must be it then. Thanks man. I was scratching my head for days wondering what was going on.
