Must own a 3x 13,000 crown homes, 1 in each alliance area. A title that will cost you hundreds of dollars.
I think some kind of translation variation maybe? In the english client at least is count/countess.
I got it on my toons but I bought all the manors with in game currency, is not a crown exclusive title.
I don't use Count often, people tends to ignore the o on the title

lol, fixed since I'm stupid and can't add. Still a ton of gold though. Our entire guild has been working together just to get 1 Notable Home as a guild house. If you did all that alone, I salute you. ✭✭✭✭✭Best: its difficult to choose. For me its "dromathra destroyer" because of its emotional value (vMoL progression is one of my fondest ESO memories), but I still think that "Voice of Reason" or "the Merciless" sounds better.
Worst: Champion of Vivec (I dont like Vivec and dont wanna be his champion), Divayth Fyr's Coadjutor (I like Fyr, but I kinda did the hardest part of the job for him, if anything, he was my coadjutor! ), Master Wizard (imo it should be Librarian or something related to collecting books... Or something related to Sheogorath, like, idk, "Cheesemonger" or something), Murkmire prepper (the new one from prologue category... I mean, seriously? Murkmire prepper?
