@Hagbard_OM I took your base list and modified it around the beginning of the year - I've also been running some data comparisions. I'm slacking a bit on the comparision side since I've been busy with real life work and addon development the last few weeks, but planning to get caught up on those this week. Added additional information for zones and wayshrines, along with some color coding, and broke out the trader info for easier filtering.
It's also got a tab to track guild's known name changes, as well as dates of first appearances for new guilds. I would definitely be down for a collaborative effort!
@radarcg I let it slide and I've been wanting to pick it up again. The data COULD be back-filled if people have had the feature in AwesomeGuildStore enabled to track trader history and then sent their saved variable files my way (I've kind of been working on a utility to extract that data), so folks from my guilds/other contributors could just email me the files/toss it on my dropbox and it could be batch uploaded.
Life's gotten a bit crazy this year between moving and a major job change, and dealing with my daughter hitting her teens (and the crazy hormonal mood swings) so game stuff I was working on as side projects took a hit - including work I was doing on addons like Wykkyds, Mailr, and several others (I'm currently involved in about 30 addons). Shoot me a PM with your email, and we can see about the dropbox option.

No worries actually. I ended up writing an addon that records it to saved variables as I visit them, then a java program that scans the saved variables whenever it changes to auto-insert into a database I'm running. And after a ton of massaging of the other historic data, I have a pretty decent dataset now (and a 2 hour / week trip course around nirn to keep it updated).
