@ZOS_JesC Thanks for the info. To my knowledge, console users don't have the option to include screenshots/video when submitting a report in-game, is that correct? I just want to make sure I'm not overlooking that ability.

I report bots when I see them and include the time and server along with a little message about what the bots are doing. I kinda assume ZOS has the ability to take that report, look at some info, and figure out "oh yeah, there were 30 pet sorcs with the same name at the same level in the same place doing the same thing for three hours" and go from there.
