Achievement Statistics

Thestephenmcraeub17_ESO
Is there any way ZOS could release a list of stats tied to achievements? i.e., what percentage of players have Flawless Conqueror, Grand Master Crafter, Former Emperor, that kind of thing? Not really crucial information, I'd just like to know. Might even act as an incentive for players who like to be the top X% of what they do...

What are your thoughts? Care to know how many players have which achievements?

There is https://eso-database.com/en/ website which does similar thing, but would be nice to get official stats from ZOS.

For the ones you listed, it's going to be a very, very small percentage. This can be deduced by observing the completion percentage of xbox achievements. For example, only 7.5% of players have even hit level 50. Some can also be directly known by looking at xbox achievements. 0.3% of gamers have unlocked the "Malestrom Arena Conquerer" achievement, which is completing vMA.

In my view, the numbers are meaningless one way or another. So many people briefly play an account and never really dedicate to the game, that it says next to nothing. On xbox, ESO is in games pass, so anyone with that can casually play the game but never really put much time into it.

EDIT - see here (https://www.trueachievements.com/game/The-Elder-Scrolls-Online-Tamriel-Unlimited/achievements) for the numbers I pulled in the first paragraph, amongst others. You need to click the achievement and look at "unlock percentages" to get the accurate counts, rather than those for just the TA website users.

I recently got Master Fisher and was interested to see that XBOX claims that only 0.04% of players have done it. I wonder if there are any achievements (at least known to XBOX) that are rarer than that.

That would be fantastic! I feel like a lot of them would have to be measured in percentages less that one, though. :-o We may have millions of players but like one out of ten is bots and most don't even wear set gear, let along complete Maelstrom Arena.

On top of that, I think it would be cool to have some cosmetic stuff to actually spend achievement points on. Something to use all those accumulated achievement points on would be nifty.

Perhaps along this line of thinking, different costumes/mounts/pets available at certain milestones, i.e., at 5000 achievement points, you get a non-combat pet. At 10,000, you get a costume, and at 15,000 you get a mount, or something.
