I enjoy playing my DK but I am probably not thinking of my character appearance when I need to use it.
However, the distinctive look of the lingering buffs from the skill are probably helpful for anyone wanting to maker sure they keep those buffs up.
One way or another that is a requirement that there be an appearance change to show the buff being active.

I didnt said It should be invisible. Just dont make it this intense. Give it maybe a heat aura around you or something.
