Option/toggle to hide sheathed weapon while wearing a costume?

There are so many beautiful casual and/or formal outfits nowadays, I feel like this should be a thing. There's just something strange about wearing a noble dress and wielding a giant 2 handed axe on the back (Trinimac for example).

While I realise i always have the option to unequip the weapon, this would be much easier/more convenient. Just like the helm on/off toggle we have now that we can put on a quick use bar. I see no harm in it. Heck some people might even want to never show their weapon at all.

And why? For the sake of RP, housing sessions, or immersive interaction with townsfolk etc. I'm sure there are many reasons people would find use in this little feature.

And of course I don't want the devs to focus on something like this when there are far more serious issues going on right now, I'm just throwing it out there as a suggestion and want to see people's opinions. Or hey, maybe I'm just the only lazy person here.

EDIT: Grammar.

This would be nice, although personally I would want to see a more expanded system where we can have a quick toggle between casual and combat appearances.

I would love to be able to walk around towns and cities in nobles clothes without weapons, but on the fly switch to my armour and staff to adventure. I know there are effectively add-ons on PC which do this but base game developed features tend to be less clunky.

Yes exactly! That was sort of my idea. If it could be expanded to switching entire appearance sets/equipment slots, that would be even more amazing. Altho i think that might be a bit more complicated to implement x)
