Trouble with Launcher?

When I click the Launcher it loads slowly, likes its having trouble, the updating screen comes up [The one that lets me pick either the Test Server or NA Server, NA Server says "Updating 10%" but no progress bar and no play/pause button, the window then basically becomes Non-Responsive, I can't close it, click anything on it, go to the Options or anything, it stays at 10% then just closes itself a minute later

Posted this in PC Technical Support, but posting here to broaden the chances of someone with ESO seeing it

My husband and I are having the same problem. I first noticed it when I tried to click on the patch notes and nothing happened. Very slow progress bars, progress bar not updating, updating stalls, and the launcher outright crashes.

Days later still no help from ZOS with this issue, guess just not enough of us having the problem for them to be bothered with it. None of us will be getting our 100k gold monthly reward now.

Hey people

HERE is what you do:

Connect with a VPN from another country
Open launcher
should be good to go.

It worked for me. Friend suggested this solution from elsewyr in the forums and it works! Good luck

So I am also having this issue. I tried Repairing and Re-installing the game but nothing worked. It launches the game but gives me a Fatal Error 12 and closes the game. I feel kinda sad that I won't get my 100K Gold, but for now I just want to play the game

I had the same issues, I am starting launcher now from my desktop, running it as administrator. That works.
