Mage's wrath is not getting passive abilities

Hi there. After the new path, Mage's wrath is not counting as a sorcerer ability for Expert Mage passive tree. I can reach 12% more dmg from tha Expert Mage, but whenever I slot Mage's wrath It jumps back to 10% instead. Please, see to it. Thank you.
