Twitch Crates

I watched the Bethesda Key Note Stuff a couple of weeks ago and received the crates and the pet. I also just watched the Murkmire thing this weekend, I assumed since I had the pet I would just get the crates. I received the email today saying it was added to my account but there are no crates on my character, were the Oborus Boxes from twitch a 1 time only thing?

As I understand it you should still get the crates. Pretty sure that's what it said in the article. Maybe submit a ticket if they don't appear?

I got the mail about 30 minutes ago. When I log onto the game I have nothing at all from them. No crates, no pet, this would be my first ever twitch drop rewards from watching them.

Is anyone else having this problem? @ZOS_GinaBruno or @ZOS_JessicaFolsom any thoughts

considering that notification and adding them to your account technically are 2 different things.I would say just be patient

I got the email saying the crates had been added, but I had nothing. Logging out and back in gave me the crates though.

Yeah, I logged in and didn't have them (got the e-mail) but I'm not going to worry. I'll check back later. My kids want to see my new mount anyway, lol

Update: It's a pet, not a mount (oops) but I did get my crates within ten minutes of this post. Patience is a skill line I haven't really invested in much...

Mail usually comes an hour or two before my items do.

Turns out the crates showed about an 1 1/2 hours after the email. Thanks all

Also, yes the crates may not have great stuff in them but you can turn that stuff into crown jems to get stuff you want so I like them (also as a crafter the mimic stones are nice to get).
