Comparing these two skills shows a big disadvantage of warden's skill. With the same magicka pool ~50+k and spell damage ~2+k, sorc deals ~3,5+k shock damage but warden only ~2,5+k frost damage (both classes with Necropotence set and respectively Netch's Touch and Ysgramor's Birthright).
The additional "reducing Movement Speed by 30% for 3 seconds" on Winter Revenge is useless - this aoe is usually used after Wall of Elements and on Warden Frost Build the Wall already immobilises all enemies in range.
Why such a big difference (1k/tick)? If they are both scaled off max magicka and spell damage they should give similar damage, right? Or maybe it's by the immobilise effect that can be utilised on warden?
I'd love to see "reducing Movement Speed by 30% for 3 seconds" effect removed completely and the damage increased at least 0,5k per tick.
