FlintNo1✭✭One time only although its a disappointing that you cant use the same rings for all your character's even if you are married to the same player just so you have more variety between classes.1 -

Alpha_Protocol✭✭✭One scroll created rings for both my wife's and my first character.
My wife used her scroll for another set of our characters.
So apparently it only takes one scroll to perform the ceremony.
