It will contain two trial boss fight fixes. One random quest fix on a quest most people completed 3 years ago(still useful for new players though). One in game typo fix. Possibly a fix for the Cyrodiil bosses not counting towards quests and achievements when killed, although I would wager on this one taking a bit longer.
There will also be a stealth adjustment increasing the chromium grains dropping from max level writ rewards as the last stealth change made the drops too low. no you're not going insane, it said no maintenance for monday, maintenance for tuesday, not sure why they write it like that as there wasn't any maintenance on sat or sun either but no mention of that

3 now (7 if you include all the PTS fails)
How hard was it to write as dbase query to see how many points (if any) the character has in a skill and return them before writing the new code to the server during the initial patch update
