StamNB PvP Poll: Killer's Blade vs Executioner/Reverse Slice

So I've noticed there seem to be 3 distinct camps of people on this:
1.) in hardcore favour of Executioner
2.) in hardcore favour of Reverse Slice
3.) in hardcore favour of Killer's Blade.
And these 3 camps will fight restlessly over which is better and why...
So I'm asking our community here, which do you think is better, how and why. Help me pick one.

Killers blade range is small, seems clumsy but that health back is nice.
Executioner is really good so I would have chosen this, but is single target
Raverse slice hits a bit to other players, so basically in small groups you might be able to kill more than one using this one.
They all work, unless you are usin the asylum2h which makes the decision for you.2 -

Killer's Blade: Diseased dmg(can proc defile), cheapest cost, Assassination skill line passives, single target, 300%+ dmg on 25% or under hp, Can be used with any weapons equipped, heals you if target dies.
Executioner: Sucks for the low increase to dmg. Pick reverse slice.
Reverse Slice: Physical dmg, avg cost, deals 65% of the full dmg you deal as aoe to close targets in a small radius, 300%+ dmg based on missing hp from 0-50%. It's dmg increase is gradual so more useful if your target is 25-40% range by offering more dmg in case you cast it too early, but weaker dmg if you cast it in the 10-25% range because you will only get the full 300% dmg if the target is next to dead anyway. Requires you to wield a 2h.
Steel Tornado: Same execute mechanics for dmg as reverse slice, 9m aoe range (way better), expensive cost, more dmg because DW weapons can have higher weapon dmg. Innate +20% extra execute dmg under 25% hp from DW passives (closes gap with Killer's Blade), +15% dmg to targets under CC.
So IMO option 6: STEEL TORNADO4 -

✭✭✭✭✭I find no space in my bar for any execute. I save up Bow proc for that particular job. It hits as hard as execute and add in Axe Bleed, Poison Injection and Incap Strike, you will have a hard time resetting the fight.0 -

✭✭✭✭Executioner.I run Executioner on the backbar with the asylum 2h for ult gain and the increased stam recovery after a kill. Stamblade is all about bursting anyway imo so I‘ll gladly take the extra dmg. The only reason I see for running Killer‘s Blade would be if I was playing a dualwield/bow build and even them I am not sure if I would actually run it.Susano'o

1. Steel torando is also great at breaking cloak and killing rolly polly builds + dual wield gives you powerful bleed
2. Reverse slice. Can't count how many times aoe dmg of this skill helped me vs n opponents.
I'm done with this game because of ZOS pushing us into Vengeance, because they don't know how to fix Cyrodiil.0 -

✭✭Reverse Slice.Reverse Slice, since lately most often Asylum 2H with my stamblade and the extra damage to others near the target is a big bonus.0
