P.S. I don’t believe that if you que as damage you can get in such situation.
Depends what CP you were, set up and the scale of dungeon, i know I've got angry sometimes at a healer that was doing more damage instead of healing but i never actually was mean to them. It's just if you're under powered and the people really want to finish the dungeon for monster masks then it's only fair, you should of just left and not joined back or done another dungeon.
Yes, had some bad runs but only one who was verbal outside of group suck "leave group".sample size of one?
if this were a common occurance, that would be rotten...
if it's one experience out of a dozen...just one of those things...let it go...not worth the effort to fret over...
As 45K dps was discussed vet and 2 is assumed unless clinically insane and not just stupid elitists.Malacthulhu wrote: »What difficulty were you playing in ?

Irrelevant for darkshade 2 hm no death speed run, think you could do that with 45K group dps.45k parse or 45k dungeon dmg?
hello ,
Today i used Dungeon finder For Darkshade Caverns
a group that i get in they didnt let me play and they threten me and they always ban me from the duengeon.
unfortunatly 3 times queued in dungeon finder and 3 times i got placed in their group and they kick me or make fun of me and didnt let me play the dungeon..And they said me leave or kick and they said u are useless while i was making at least 45+k DPS
So what ZOS will do with those bullies that even they dont let us play the game that paid every month for
Well, there is your mistake!Today i used Dungeon finder For Darkshade Caverns...

Except for the level 12. I didn't expect anything but this guy would always run up to the group and as we engaged a mob would pull off and run away while the rest of the group fought, only to come back when the last mob was practically dead already.
We tolerated it until we got to the Kwama Guardian Boss in which he sat out the entire fight until it got to 12% or so. At that point, I start the vote kick and he was removed.
I'm a tolerate guy, I give lowbies some slack but when you are seemingly skipping out on entire fights intentionally, then I'm not going to sit there and carry you.

But don't you find it ridiculous that the dungeon finder can pair the same guy that was kicked with that same group? multiple times even? That lvl12 you votekicked, would youi want him to rejoin your instance again and again?

Sadly there is little ZOS can do about people being jerks if they're not breaking any rules.
They could try to overhaul how the group finder system works but at the end of the day if players take it upon themselves to police groups to their standards ZOS can't do much to stop them.
Best advice I can give is try and find an active and friendly guild and make groups for dungeons via that, even if you just get one more person from your guild with you it makes vote kicks harder to achieve.

I was under the impression that abusing the kick function and kicking people for no reason - in short using it as a method for trolling others - was against the rules.

But does ZOS have a way to actually see if someone is "abusing" the kick function? I would imagine it would probably be difficult to prove you were kicked unjustly (unless you record/screenshot every pug run).

I would imagine they could investigate the chat and/or combat information of the situation to figure it out.
Some incidents might be difficult to conclude from. Others should be obvious though.

Perhaps, but I can't imagine they would invest any more than a cursory glance.

As I added in my last post: if you have the same three people talking crap and kicking everyone who joins their group a cursory glance is probably all it would take.

I will refer back to my post saying that if you record/SS your pug runs you may having a better leg to stand on, but that's assuming there was a conversation to begin with. Most will simply initiate a kick and you'll find yourself looking at a load screen. True trolls don't always engage their target in a verbal exchange. Sometimes the simple process of causing an inconvenience is more than enough. It's those "drive by" kicks that are harder to prove malicious intent.
