I don't see how anyone could object to more storage for houses. If you don't like it you don't have to buy it. You can also store other things in them like recipes, furniture, motifs, potions, etc. It would require trivial amounts of coding and make more money for Zos to support the game we all love. Win-win.

ESO+ should provide an additional 50 bank / inventory slots.
It's true that one can prioritise on gear and not keep unnecessary junk but.
However in ESO what's junk today can become BiS in the next patch and vice versa.
Example: BSW gear, it routinely goes from BiS to "only BiS for DK" to "junk" to "back to BiS for many". It's just sensible to keep it. Same for other sets.
I don’t think we need extra storage but I think what would be a top notch QOL addition is being able to place your alt characters around your player home so you can trade gear directly with them. Would save a heap of time and hassle.
New sets aren't the best imo so no need to collect them.
Plus I just have a couple sets per char:
PVE
Stamina: Relequen, VO, Advancing, Veiled, WM, Hundings (57 Slots)
Magicka: Siroria, BSW, Mother's, MA, Julianos (47 Slots)
Tanks: Alkosh, Ebon, Dragon, PA (40 slots)
Healers: Olorime, Mending, IA, Jorvulds (40 slots)
PVP
Stam: Shackle, Bone, Spriggans, Impen (37 slots)
Mag: Shackle, Lich, Caluurion (27 slots)
Monster sets
Stam: Velidreth, Selenes, Troll (6 slots)
Mag: Valkyn, Zaan, Ilambris (6 slots)
Tank: Warden, Choke/Shadow, Bloodspawn (6 slots)
Healer: Earthgore, Rkugamz, Bogdan (6 slots)
Misc: Domihaus, Kena (4 slots)
Total: 276
All these fit nicely into separate home storage chests with food & pots, then on logging into a char (I log them out at my house) I just grab what's needed.
