I was wondering if someone could give me advice on creating my character so they can be the best they can be. I am playing a Magicka Sorc. I am a Breton who has not unlocked their full champion points yet. I'd Like to know what armor sets, enchantments, and morphs would be best for PVP based on the current meta and how I should spread out my CP and skills. Also a guide on PVE builds would be greatly appreciated. I've tried looking up guides on Google and Youtube but everyone is doing something completely different and I'm not sure what is the best option.
