Xbox One console. 1 hr and 30 minutes queueing for pledges on both normal and vet.
I know DPS queueing is bad but this is ridiculous.
Is group finder still broken? Or is this just very unfortunate?

Healer - instant
Tank - instant to 2 minutes
DPS - 2 to 30 minutes
These are for randoms. Queuing for specific pledges will always take significantly longer. Try hanging out in the zones where the Undaunted Enclaves are and use zone chat to group. "DPS LF Vet Pledges" usually gets a pretty quick response.1 -
boombazookajd✭✭✭✭✭i was having that problem the other night so I went to cyro and had a blast with friends. both my dd's had to wait 30+ mins and i still didn't get a dungeon. Gave up, went and had fun.

it's been better than in the past for me. 1 hr and 30 minute waits have happened to me a few times in the past few months but usually I get something (on my dps) in under 20 minutes if I'm either queuing for a lot of dungeons or for the dailies.0 -

✭@InFernalEntity you are not missing much for not getting a queue. 9 out of 10 times, you are in the dungeons for about 2 hours before having to leave at finial boss. Because you have randoms expecting you to heal tank and do 40k dps for them at the same time.
You are better off acting like group finder don't exist at all.1 -

✭✭✭The answer is yes, at least on PC NA. If you wait more than 10 minutes in queue, even as dps, either your server is dead or the group finder bugged on you. As a rule of thumb i drop queue and requeue after 5 or 10 minutes. I usually get a dungeon within 2 or 3 minutes after that. Granted this is for random not specific.
Though i couldnt get pledge dungeons to pop the other night queuing as a healer. I spent 30 minutes trying to get in as a healer 2 5 minutes queues and a 20 minute then i just gave up on it.0 -

✭✭✭In addition to what others have said, this is not a dungeon-queue friendly event happening right now. The action is all at crafting stations, Cyrodiil dailies or the other zones that have dailies. It's not like other events that give out boxes for boss kills. Those are the ones where the dungeons go nuts.
Having said that, I'm not having any unusual delays doing the undaunted dailies.1 -

✭Be sure you are queuing in main town and where most people are, you’ll get the queue quicker.
If you are queuing from remote places, you have less chance of getting queued up.
I think it group you for the area you are in first, so first come first serve, if you are not there other people get the queues first.
Also, if it seem like it’s bugged just leave the queue and re queue. Should pop up within 30min.Pc na0 -

Where on Nirn did you come up with that info? Do you have some source? Doesn't seem plausible.
The queue from town bit is just superstition. The leave the queue and re-queue part is a workaround for when it bugs out - which is often enough for this to be a well-known thing.

✭✭✭✭Dungeon finder on Xbox has been broken since Homestead. Still puts you in phantom queues that never proc a ready check and it still makes the group do multiple ready checks and says someone declined it even when no one did.

frausty✭✭✭I queued for 2 hours for Bloodroot over the weekend on Xbox EU for a pledge. Exited the queue, joined the random normal queue and got Bloodroot within 2 mins.
The queuing system definitely seems worse during the last few weeks, even before this event.

That is if you queue for random or pledge, just queuing for one unpopular dungeon at odd hours can be long waits even on healer.
Grinding just make you go in circles.

damdamjel✭✭✭PC NA, when i queue for tank its almost always instant less than half min.. Healer sometimes around 1-2min.. But dps.. 30-40mins lol.. The lack of tanks is where its at... But there are times Like once a week, the group finder buggs out, even as tank sometimes take 30mins but rarely. Just have to re-queue.0 -
