Anybody see this? Cant speak for all skills but my soul harvest is only showing 30%. Anybody whats up with this? Or having the same problem? Did i miss something in the patch notes?

✭✭This has been an ongoing issue since the Wolfhunter dlc dropped on PC,and now looks to be the same problem on console.
