Bank staffing levels

Am I the only one to notice how ESO parallels life, in as much as banks always have more desks than they do folk to serve at them?

Is this good enough in the 24/7 world of Tamriel? Are ZOS dissing hard working adventurers by making us queue in a bunch at the counter, when we could be out there killing things?

Even if we have our own personal bankers, why do they so often invade our personal space when we summon them? Mine has a specialty either of materialising with his head in my cleavage, from which I cannot seem to discourage him, or of appearing just out of reach and then dodging when I approach. And when he does appear in the correct place and at a respectful distance, he still doesn’t give me access to my guild stores, for which I have to go to the main branch... where there are never any more than two desks manned.

Should we stage a sit in, or should we just turn all the developers into frogs for a day until they code some more staff? Do ZOS have any plans to end this misery? Could I solve it by wearing a different monster set, adopting a light attack weave?

    Dear Frustrated high elf,

We fully understand that it can be frustrating to wait in Long lines while you attempt to do your business across Tameriel. Be assured that we are giving this our utmost consideration. We would like to introduce to you a new product. It is called mobile banking! Why go to the bank when the bank can come to you. Using the quantam magics of the Psijic Order we have been able to deploy one of our most loyal servants Tythis across space and time to help you in conducting your banking business. For the SMALL and reasonable price of 5000 Crowns you can gain access to the space-time summoning device that will call upon his services. he then will arrive and you can deposit or withdraw your goods. Please understand that due to the complexity of this new magical technology there are certain functions that you will still need to visit your local bank for.

    We appreciate your business.

Tythis can't help that you put the chest slider to max. Although it sounds like he could use a bit of self restraint.

    Bank of Tamriel

    Dear Bank of Tamriel,

Many thanks for your swift communication, even if you appear to have failed to deal with my allegations of misconduct by your employee Tythis. One is desperate. One’s bear, whom one loves, dislikes the bank so much that he habitually stands with his head stuck through the counter up to his shoulders, so that he does not have to see what is going on. If anything, this makes the queues worse, because he is quite a large bear. Sometimes, he gets so upset that he stands on top of the counter. I used not to bring him in at all, but now I do because everyone else brings at least fifteen pets every time they visit, many with wings.

And another thing, your employee Tythis is a bit lacking in moral fibre—he absolutely refuses to visit Cyrodil, for example. In this modern world, surely I should be entitled to 24/7 Tamriel-wide banking for my Cr5000, and not to have to interact with a frankly creepy individual who is always waving a pen at me, not to mention never being around when the fighting starts?

    Still upset,

    High Elf
