Shock or Frost Monster Sets

I was wondering when ZOS will maybe you know include Monster Sets that do Shock or Frost damage, as there are way too many Fire Monster Sets in the game. I would love to see focus on Shock or Frost, perhaps a Frost Monster Set that acts like Grothdarr and slows enemies down and does damage or Shock where it stuns the enemies and does damage.

The size of the damage shield and damage output makes the Iceheart 2-piece practical on niche PvP builds only.
The 1-piece that increases crit, however, is nice.1 -

✭✭We have 3 monster sets (4 if you count the infernal maw) that do fire damage. One that does ice damage, and two that do not only shock damage, but also some other damage.
