Well, if you knew how...you know...the world works, then you'd know that prime time isn't the same everywhere. ZOS does maitinence during their business hours (U.S. Eastern time zone). And in that part of the world, that is not prime time.

They cannot ever have maitinence if they were worried about not screwing anyone over.

Tbh I don't have a clue how the world works. I don't even think it's round. Enlighten me.

Poor stupid little me thought, that having a physical server in Europe would grant more advantages than just that stupid ping. I have been so wrong all the time. Forgive me, master.

Try to find the irony, maybe you can cast some ingots from it.

Considering the people that make and update the game are still American, idk why you expected that at all

Honestly there's no one perk that stands above the others, even the craft bag. I like all the stuff I get from subbing, the combination makes it worth it. I also feel like the game itself is worth subscribing. I subscribed to LOTRO and I never resented it, I felt like I was getting value for my money, and I feel the same with TESO. For the price of one movie ticket (not even with concessions!) I get a month's worth of stuff to do, and I get to play with all the new stuff that isn't an actual expansion. I'm pretty happy with that.

what else could i get for that princely sum?

Half a nespresso. Sounds petty, I know. But the nespresso works every day. It has no bugs and the machine is not offline for 8 hours during prime time.

Prime time is not the same everywhere.

    Do you even online game?

It is everywhere if its down all day though

My time is currently an hour ahead of ZOS and the servers are never down during this prime time so...it is obviously not all day? I.e., the servers are up during their prime time after business hours

I find it highly irritating trying to play without the crafting bag and added bank space. Takes up way too much of my playtime micromanaging every single day for at least an hour or two before I can dive into the content I'm interested in.

Honestly, if I was Zos I'd restrict forum access to subbers, at least then they'd know the folks who are complaining are actually supporting them and be more likely to take more of the complaints seriously. I wouldn't give a *** about complaints coming from non-subbers quite frankly.
The inventory mini game was an huge reason for me quitting after a year.

Actually, I ended my sub... because the only way I can communicate with them seems to be via my wallet. I am distressed by the prices on their store, by the lack of concern for the PvP aspect of the game (even though I don't actually DO PvP), and a few other things.

I, like others, have tried to communicate our displeasure and distress, but have been completely ignored.

I love the game, and I want to support it, but if the only way to be heard is to stop doing so, then I do what I must.

I have tommorow Money, i lost plus yesterday, i cant really play PVE right now. Just not working proper. Craftbag, double Bank and double Housingslots are the Catch for me, plus, i find, only when you are paying for a product, have you a right to complain and ZOS is slow in some regards but Im one of 11 million Players across all Platforms, they cant adress everything at once. I think ESO has a bright Future ahead still

Because ESO is an amazing game.

It has its flaws, I have my issues with it but I've rarely stuck with an MMO as long as I have ESO. Looking forward to new things.

Content wise; because I've always used a sub and it's more beneficial for me to continue with access to content that way.

Yes, because an echo-chamber full of yes-men is always the very best way to improve a product so that customers like it, right?

Not giving a damn about complaints from non-subbers is a sure fire way of NEVER being able to convert any of them into paying customers.

The two things you suggest are some of the very worst business practices possible.

PS: I've been constantly subbed for almost 18 months, even though for almost half of that time I didn't even have the game installed.

I keep planning to spend a few hours clearing out my inventories, organizing storage on alts, etc. etc. and then let my sub lapse for a while until I can play more...

Then I realize at 11 dollars a month, it's literally not worth the time it would take to reorganize my bank/characters etc to be functional without Plus. As long as I'm logging 5ish hours of productive/fun play each month, I can justify the cost.
