Ah, but ZOS probably does. I do too, because if enough people stop subbing, you can forget about further game development.Nobody cares.
Band Camp statements: To state "But this one time I saw X doing X... so that justifies X" Refers to the Band camp statement.

Surprised that ZOS doesn't send out a "Why did you stop subbing" survey to be honest. For the record, I still sub but between the twice-in-the-past-year console PVP game-breaking issues, and now the washed out HDR implementation, I'll admit I'm starting to waver a bit. It's been more bad than good for me the past year.

Respec costs are now actually 1 gold per skill point in the UI, and will remain 1 gold until a future incremental.
ZOS_GinaBruno wrote: »The original intent for reducing the respec costs were so PC players could regain any skill points that may have been lost with changes made to the Devour ability. We’ll be fixing that underlying issue in the next console patch, so there isn’t a need to adjust the respec costs. In addition, we didn’t want to introduce any of the UI/purchasing issues that occurred on PC with the console update; this included the wrong gold amount being displayed, and not being able to purchase a respec if you didn't have enough gold, despite it only costing 1 gold per skill point.

Due to a publishing error, console players who qualified for the Flame Atronach Wolf pet and 5 Ouroboros Crown Crates during QuakeCon will receive them the next time we perform maintenance on console, which will be September 12 (the same day we'll award the ones for the Bethesda Gameplay Days event).

We’re continuing to evaluate the changes that were made in today’s patch, and will keep everyone updated on the status.
If it was intended then why is there no mention of it in any patch notes? Why has PC not had any problems with HDR? I will be canceling my ESO+ auto renewal until this is resolved.
The missing patch note was completely my fault. It was sent to me, and I forgot to add it. My apologies.
Subscriptions are a drop in the bucket compared to Crown Store sales. ZOS doesn't really care about subs and learned this the hard way when they tried to implement the game as 'sub-required'... it just didn't bring in the revenue they needed. Thus, their marketing began to revolve around Crown Store sales... and THAT is where ZOS makes there money.

I think people on this forum take things far too seriously (I know I have, at times, with that darn sprint bug in PVP). ZOS is a business. If they don't make money, ESO ends, plain and simple. If you don't want to pay for a sub or crowns, fine. But if everyone doesn't, we'll all be finding other things to do. People make mistakes and everyone doesn't get what they want. Sounds a lot like life.
Sometimes I'm cruising through a dungeon, or fighting a big battle in PVP, when I just stop to look around, and marvel at what I see. ESO is awesome. Voice the frustrations in a constructive way, but don't let them blur your perception at what is really an incredible achievement.

We're going for a new forum record. 3 threads of quitters displaying their childlike tendencies for all to see!

I would also encourage others who have cancelled to state why as well . Who knows , maybe we can actually get a response . Or maybe we can just leave our experiences here for future potential buyers of the game (granted they actually visit the forums ). I cancelled my sub due to issues going unfixed for so long . Trial bugs and the whole month PvP was unplayable to be precise . It seems like if it doesn’t involve you giving them money from the crown store , it’s on the back burner . How about you ?
