I was wondering if those legendary funish plans you can buy with writs only, adds to making crafting writs drop more also?
heard that the more you know, recipes, traits and such, the higher chance in getting writs

to my knowledge, furnishing plans do not affect the writ drops, though I might be mistaken. The things that do affect writ drops are motifs known, runes and alchemy ingredients identified, and provisioning recipes, as well, likely, as traits known in the equipment crafts.
