Rework the deserter penalty.

I just randomly crashed in the middle of a Crazy King match, loaded back in, and was presented with a lovely deserter penalty. You should not be penalised like this for having the game crash on you. Rework the deserter penalty, have it only apply when somebody actually leaves the match, rather than just outright crashing or lagging out.

By your suggestion, if you're having a bad game you could just Dashboard/Alt F4 and then come back within 2 minutes and be queued again.
