Should probably get better internet.
Another thing that'll help is to play on a wired connection.

There has no "better internet" most ping is restrained on physical distance and the server quality.
Since I've played ESO for 1.5 years with stable 230 ping the only reason it goes to 300 - 999+ right now is the server.

Youll notice it during peak times, the servers can be a little goofy but sometimes you are limited by your region

You are so ignorant do you even know Hong Kong and Singapore are currently at the top rankings of internet speed in the world?

And some zones ping more than others depending on pop I notice. To be fair I do live half a world away from the server but yet again they do market the game here with no regional server. This game is like drugs why do they make it so damn addictive otherwise I would have given up on it long ago with the very *** ping. Oh well ESO life goes on I will just have to take an arrow to the knee and put up with it.

Yet your connections are complete and utter garbage to every game, sounds like your ISP sold you a fairy tale and you bought into it. If you live somewhere known for bad internet then don't be surprised when you end up having bad times online.

Imagine thinking connection speeds are the only thing that matter when connecting to servers thousands of miles away, just imgine being that dense but then also having the audacity to call somebody else ignorant.
It's 2018, if you haven't managed to grasp the concept that Oceania has and most likely always will have terrible connections to global servers then you have some serious mental issues (which were made blatantly apparent by the laughable ragepost from one such person).

OP, try the VPN mudfish. It’s worked wonders for me stabilizing my ping and reducing the hops from Bangkok, Thailand to the NA servers. That 2400 ping probably isn’t anything on ZOS end unless lots of people from all over are reporting it. That data has to go a long way and if you’re routing through SE Asia the Asia Pacific gateway is notorious for having issues.
