PS4 Crown Crates and pet missing?

Weren’t we supposed to be getting the pet and the crown crates for logging in and killing something event?

Will the crown gem rewards have changed by then? Was going to use my gems I extract from the crates to purchase one of the current mounts?0 -

I hope so. My wife and I both logged in specifically for these items and was a little disappointed when we didn't have them. We thought we did something wrong and lost out.1 -

Tangerla✭The time stated on the website to log in for getting the pet and crown crates for the Gameplays stream says 9:00pm EDT to 10:00pm EDT, however, during the stream, the community lead speaker announced that we had to log in between 8:00pm and 9:00pm Eastern. ZOS...will you please tell us the correct time it was suppose to be and/or award both times for the confusion?0
