Can't Access Morrowind anymore!

Hello everyone,I have the Tamriel Unlimited version and morrowind came with it.I did few quests in Vvardenfell but then i went to another zone and when i tried to go back to Vvardenfell it won't let me go there and it says i need ESO plus to play it.When i check morrowind achievements i can see i did 9 quests out 33 and i have unlocked other achievements too. When I go to stories to see which chapters I have , Morrowind has a check next to it and accepted the first quest but it is grayed out and the only option is to go to the crown store.I tried logging out and restarting the game but it didn't work.
I powered cycle my PS4 and it didn't work,i still can't access Morrowind. This happened after I bought the Summerset upgrade.I opened a ticket with customer support and they told me to ask in The bug reports forums and they are looking into this bug but I won't receive any further reply from them.I play on PS4 on the European servers.
I never had ESO plus subscription before and what confuses me is when I check the version of the game I have on the PSN store it says this'' Includes The Elder Scrolls Online Base game and the Morrowind Chapter.''.

I would appreciate it of anyone can help me to figure out whats the problem.Thanks.

You most likely played it during the Free to Play period a few weeks ago.

It really pisses me off to no end when I hear Customer Support solution for a user is to write in the Forums, if a issue can be solved, solve it!

I don't know if you own Morrowind or not but if you are sure you do (and it seems you do since they are looking into a bug), open another ticket, two, three, what it takes to find someone competent enough and/or willing to be actually clear and helpful. Be persistent, unfortunately the customer support of this studio seems a roulette where you have to be lucky to get the right number.

And be aware, go to the Support page and after login always check the "My Support" section on the upper menu, that keep tracks of all your tickets, because they could close a new ticket as duplicate with zero notice, so you must come up with some ideas to get their attention with a new ticket and finally get someone willing to seriously look into your old ticket to get something resolved (yes, I know, it's grotesque).

At any rate, I tag @ZOS_GinaBruno and @ZOS_JessicaFolsom, they are not from the Support but they really do their best to be helpful for the users and maybe could look into it.

I'm pretty sure Morrowind access doesn't come with One Tamriel. You get temporary access to Vvardenfell for being an ESO plus member, and they included Morrowind as a bonus for pre-ordering Summerset, but not if you bought it after release.

In the first screencap you posted, there is a check mark next to Morrowind but in the window it says "Not Collected." On mine I see the check mark next to DLC's I've started the quest for, regardless of whether I've purchased the DLC or accessed it through my plus membership. So it sounds like you had temporary access, and lost it when your Plus subscription ran out. Not a bug, though I can see how it might be confusing.

Damn, in that case couldn't have the Support give a straight answer about expired bonus instead of sending a user to the Forums? Not really the first time we can read the line "my issue is not resolved, they told me to write in the Forums".

This not for you, you were actually useful and of course there is the possibility the OP is mistaken, it's just my dismay every time I read something like this, whether or not the user is right or wrong, the Support should provide a crystal clear answer, not send people to the Forums.

Well, if it clearly states that, they better do their job getting a serious look at this and stop sending people to the Forums.

I wouldn't be surpirsed if something bugged out when you updated to Summerset, it's pretty amazing the amount of issues accounts-related you can find in this section if you do a focused research.

I hope the community managers will come to take a look, after all it's the Support that told you to come here... I would suggest you in the meantime to update the first post and write that info too.

You paid for the game and it seems pretty bad form for customer support to just send you to the forums when you can't play it. I hope you manage to get it sorted.

Thank you for your reply.I was starting to think I was wrong and Tamriel unlimited doesn't include Morrowind.I hope this bug will get fixed.

This user owns a copy that states it includes Morrowind but it seems after the Summerset upgrade she bought the Morrowind ownership is gone.

She also has an achievement from the posted pics obtained after the free morrowind event (8/16/2018), it's just one day, it could be time zone or maybe she truly owns Morrowind and the Summerset upgrade she bought really caused an issue.

This post is plenty of "maybe" because the Customer Support suggested to write in the Forum, so the Customer Support hasn't provided a clear answer, nor a solution, otherwise the Forum wouldn't have been even mentioned, it's pretty logical.

Whether the user is right or wrong, at any rate it's needed to provide this person a clear answer, perhaps the Forum it's not really the place for a customer to find out about its purchases and ownership.

Thanks for everyone who tired to help me and I really appreciate it.I just got a reply form the support telling me that I don't own Morrowind Chapter.I'm still confused though about this message I see on the PSN store under the description of my game ''' Includes The Elder Scrolls Online Base game and the Morrowind Chapter.''I asked them about it and I'm waiting for a reply.

Tamriel Unlimited is the old old version of the game sold before any of the chapters were released. It never included Morrowind.
Morrowind included Tamriel Unlimited(the base game) when it released, not the other way around.

Summerset also, for a brief period, included Morrowind on purchase and also always came with the base game(Tamriel Unlimited in older naming).

I would bet money that the OP did not pre-order Summerset during the "free Morrowind" included time and apparently didn't purchase Morrowind separately. They did have the "free ESO Plus" event time that would have allowed playing Morrowind as it is now included with the other DLC as an ESO Plus benefit, or they could have subscribed and let the sub lapse.

I am almost certain this is not a bug. Only way to be 100% sure is to either check the DLC section of the crown store in game to see what is listed as unlocked/not or login to your account on the ESO website and check code unlocks, if that is separate from PSN allowed.
