Random group finder broken since yesterday's patch ?

Last night as often I queued on my tank. Usually the dungeon of my choice pops up within 15sec. This time close to 5min...I decided to give up and requeue but this time for ALL vet DLC dungeons, not just the one I wanted most. Again almost 5min...I give up again
Finally I just queue random vet for the usual instant pop up and whadda ya guess...again 5min running and nothing at all pops up...as tank !! That's when you know it's most likely broken by yesterday's patch
