Specifically, it happens on my nightblade when I trigger Siphoning Attacks before aggro and then trigger Dark Shade right away to go in and minor maim debuff the boss as I am running into melee range.
This may have something to do with the recent change to allow the ranged Shade to be summoned without a target and both Shade morphs to not immediately aggro the target until they actually get in range or attack.
Pets seem to make aggro tracking bug out.
Edit: No, I didn't watch the video so can't even tell if you have any pets in there.
