Templar skills lagging since last patch

My templar healer's skills have been laggy since the last patch... as in skills freezing and not being able to do anything for a second. It does not happen on any of my other classes.

Templar skills have always been.... Clunky. But I've not experienced that.Ignorance is the greatest weapon of tyranny.

✭I think it's Spear Shards and morphs. Sometimes you only see AoE circle and nothing happens for ~2 seconds. Also i think Vampire's Bane is a bit clunky with animation.
But the biggest problem is - nobody cares about templars in ZOS.4 -
