    I am so freaking sick of this bug. I've created a post for it as well. I run a major trading guild on PS4 NA and weekly dues are part of the guild. Missing deposits used to be rare...now I deal with at least a dozen plus a week. There are theories that depositing an item afterwards or just giving the bank window time to full load will prevent... but I have my reservations. ZoS can see the failed deposits, that's what I've been told in my own personal tickets because it has happened to me twice. Why is there not a system to kick the deposit back? Or figure out the issue so deposits simply NEVER FAIL. Like I have dealt with this so often I pretty much use the same response to people

    "If you're sure it was our GB, please open a ticket. You'll receive an email asking the who/what/when/how much about the deposit. Reply to that and ZoS can see the failed deposit and refund the gold"

    ^^^The only thing I should have memorized that well is my recruitment message...not a message to deal with a glitch...

    I can attest that this is real and ZOS must know about it due to the number of /help requests to get the gold back. This happened last week to my sister, who is in the OP's guild actually.

    Just this past week I was demoted from two trading guilds - I always watch when I am making my deposits for dues to ensure that the money shows deposited on the right guild bank, and comes out of my bank. On both of these occasions the money vanished from my bank and never logged into their guild banks.

    This is extremely costly and frustrating. Please fix this!

    I've just learned to slow my deposit down and surround it with junk deposits. Since I've done that, I haven't experienced any of my guild bank deposits getting black-holed.

    Step 1: Make sure the zone is fully loaded (Don't run straight to a bank from a wayshrine)
    Step 2: Open the guild bank, deposit 1 Gold, wait for the confirmation top-right-corner to appear, and fade out completely.
    Step 3: Deposit dues (15K in my case), again wait for the confirmation top-right-corner to appear, and fade out completely.
    Step 4: Deposit 1 Gold, wait for the confirmation top-right-corner to appear, and fade out completely.

    Whole process takes about 40 seconds. Shouldn't be necessary, but until ZOS fixes this, I've had 100% success with it.

    Bumping this thread, because I had this issue almost a week ago, lost gold via this bug and ZOS can't even be bothered responding to my ticket and returning the gold.

    Bumping this up again, I'm on day 9 of my ticket now. Good luck with anyone getting gold back after being hit by this bug, if tickets are not being responded to.

    I've lost 10k and an altmer motif that I deposited into my guild bank and they just gone. Gone forever.
    Say NO to Crown Crates. Crown Crates are Loot Boxes. Loot Boxes are gambling. Zenimax makes enough money off us.
    ESO+ is part of the "Games as a service" trend. A trend that needs to die. Subscribe only when you need Crowns for DLC.
    Say no to "radiant" junk quests replacing proper side content and the dumbing down of our favorite franchises.

    I'm not even opening a ticket, they always declare it's not a bug.

    I lost 5 display cases and an Alinor Bookcase, Timeworn last week. Not sure if realted, but I lost all my guild sales today because NO MAIL!

    This is unbelieveable.

    So many awesome games announced at E3. Does Ubisoft's Assassin's Creed Origins and Epic's Fortnite have better player experiences? I am curious and want to try.

    ESO can be so frustrating with recurring errors, bugs and lag. There are some positive aspects to this game, but I am feeling like the negatives outweigh them.

    Like today - I'm missing guild store payments for about 15 items, of course I don't know what they were! Stuff out of my bag and some motifs, I have list 75 still from Jubilee.

    CS reponse? Scroll the sales history for your guilds (500-full, Mournhold guilds) and take screen shots showing you sold stuff.
    Luckily it's within 24 hours, because that's ALL I coudl scroll back in both guilds before my client crashed. (my MM won't pull data either...)

    So yeah, welcome to ZOS "support".

    Bumping this issue up again.

    It's been around 16 days since I lost gold due to this bug, and my tickets have not been responded to. My gold has not been returned.

    Players would like to be able to support their guilds and deposit gold into guild banks without this worry. At least, we rely upon tickets being responded to and gold returned if it does happen, but in my case this has not happened.

    Really at a loss at what to do. Ive paged staff members in this thread, I have raised tickets and even send Gina a message asking to get support to respond to my tickets.

    This week my inbox is getting flooded with guildies enquiring about their deposits (that are going missing). Ive encountered the occasional missing deposit in the past but the last 2 weeks has gotten really bad.

    @ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom could someone please let us know what is happening or what we should do/inform guild members to do if/when this happens?

    I run a large trade guild PS4 Eu and have had this issue for a long time. It’s becomjg much much more larger and frequent. Members are losing gold and even items deposited into the guild bank. Some are even unaware. Each time I receive a message. “ hi, I have donated yesterday but my notes haven’t been update “
    Looks through history... hey, nothing’s been donated since two weeks from you...
    well they have it just disappears and are oblivious to it.
    How can ya gms know if it’s a bug or someone’s actually a freeloader trying it on lol
    Please address this asap

    Every week... every week... I have to explain to members why their gold is gone, request that they put in a ticket for a refund, and feel sad that they didn't get to participate in the raffle. I had a member quit over it; they blamed me for something completely out of my control. Feels bad.

    I send out raffle confirmations, but there are lots of players with full mailboxes that don't get them and just assume that systems work. The mail is another system badly needing adjustment so Rewards and Sales don't clog up the inbox which is defeating my fallback to try and ensure people know their tickets are in (or not if they don't get one). *sigh*

    I volunteer to lead a guild, but I'm also a paying player that does not deserve to have to sink my time explaining a harmful bug like this over and over again over the course of years now. Considering how often I catch it and the knowledge that I'm only catching a percent of the missing transactions, I wonder how much gold this bug has stolen from my trading guild over the years. This used to be pretty rare and I didn't think that much of the occasional glitch, but it seems like 5-10 a week now which is a dramatic increase.

    It's so frustrating, please... please fix this!

    I used a private guild bank (bought 10 accounts) because I didn't want to subscribe just to have enough storage space. I quit playing in May 2018. Guess why?

    This is the kind of crap that can make people leave a game, disappearing items, disappearing gold, for what do you think we play @ZOS?

    Do you think legendary trials and VMA weapons disappearing from storage coffers is funny? Or furniture disappearing from houses (there is that too, yes) or deposits gone lost?

    The Customer Support should provide the best and immediate assistance to issues like these. Gold, items, it's the reason the players invest time in the game, gear and gold exactly, and support should care!

    It's unacceptable some people had the reply from them to write in the Forum, how do the Support works? FFS you should be able to keep track of what happened in YOUR game, transactions, deposits, ALL! And give refunds of everything lost ASAP!

    Do you know @ZOS what happens when people open a ticket about these issues?

    I know because it happened to me and I know about some others players experiences if mine wasn't enough, a lot of time passes among clueless replies from the Support before the ticket is finally escalated (if lucky and you had the patience to reach that point), then other time passes (your items in the meantime are still lost, who cares if you need them to play, right?) because it's nothing fast and MAYBE someone get something back eventually.

    It shouldn't work like that you know, we shouldn't be forced to BEG (because it takes that) and hope to be very lucky finding someone competent enough or that care at least, to give real assistance and/or get the ticket escalated.

    I have many complains about this game, some of them I report here in these forums, others I don't, some I would define more important, others less important. This one @ZOS is absolutely the most important of all, what is lost MUST be refunded/ replaced, and not with a lot of fuss, it should be smooth and quick!

    Losing items or gold shouldn't be something terrifying but just an incident that will be solved promptly, counting on a good support that will surely provide everything back.

    Ask yourself people at @ZOS if the reality is this or if the people are scared sh!tless to lose items and gold because they know it will be hell to get something back.

    Even not showing up in a thread like this, there is no justification, this is a very important issue and it says a lot on how you manage and why people with a bit of brain can't be too cheerful and happy about this studio.
