Trying to get Akaviri Dragonguard Helm

HI! Where / How is the best way to get an Akaviri Dragonguard helm (head piece) in Eastmarch? According to websites like the fextralife wiki, these drop off "overland group bosses" aka world/zone bosses. But I have been killing so many of these, and so far only 2 pieces of this set has dropped from them and they were both chest pieces. Did this change and fextralife just hasn't updated the info?? I do also open any chests I come across. I really don't get much time to play my main, so knowing that I have been using up so much of that precious time just trying to farm this s**t is getting really frustrating. Thank you!
