Quests that give skill point

So recently I'm leveling up my 2nd toon casually: collecting skyshards, go through public dungeons, do daily random quest ... etc
I also trying to finish quest that give skill points in each region
what really bothers me is that, although I have addon to pin those quests on minimap, I still usually couldn't start the quest because I haven't finish the previous quest.
so I'm wondering is there any way to know where to find the starter quest(NPC) thats gives skill point in the end ?

StamWhipCultist✭✭✭✭✭there are addons like destinations that show you all quest givers on a map. Some of these addons even dye skill point quests into different color so you can go and do these to gain points faster.
Most quests that reward skill point are related to quests before them so you still need to follow some quest chain to complete them.1 -

✭✭✭✭✭There's an easy skillpoint quest in Malabal Tor, in the Belarata Ruins. You get the quest from a Khajiit woman in Vulkwasten. As I remember, you don't even have to fight anything, just do a short quest.0 -

One trick: If you want to see how many Thieves Guild or Dark Brotherhood skill point quests there are, search on "Bahr" or "Sith" respectively.
This assumes, which seems likely, that all such quests give reward containers from the respective armor sets. 0
