Is Mist Form (Vampire skill) actually a 10% slow ?

Oi Hero, got your attention, that question, didn't it :)

But in all honesty it feels like it, since you can't sprint in Mist Form, you a 10% slower than a person just sprinting ( which gives 40% increase to run speed).
Add Major Expedition from a potion, and the guy chasing you got you by 40%, not counting what ever medium armor buff he might have.

Allow sprint while in Mist Form, since it's not invisibility.

While on the matter of speedbuffs, we need a potion giving Major expedition + Max Magicka + Max Health (or Stamina) :)

    Just as it should be. Being able to speed around while having 75% damage mitigation would be a tad too much.

    I was going to post something similar, but then I remembered that you pay for that damage mitigation with not being able to receive healing or regen magicka. On the other hand, you do also get immunity to roots.

    The difference is, using the correct morph you recieve major expedition at the cost of magicka whereas sprinting and rapids will cost you stamina. This is why vampires were almost essential in PVP for magic classes before psijic.

    I'd rather keep it the way it is now so I can have mobility without using precious stamina.

    I'll just drop this here, there us a glitch were you can sprint in mist form atm, and go super speed. Or you can wear 1 swift to get to 40% total if you dont want to exploit xD

    Well since you said it. Yup there is. Can’t do it on controller but you can with keyboard mouse. Friend on keyboard tried to teach me but can’t on controller. Oh well.

    @NevoX you know you can use it break out of it and sprint with major expedition if the speed is what you want.

    No, it's a 90% increase in the chance you're getting a Vampire Hunter's crossbow fired at you though.
    an anonymous EP nightblade and Templar...

    You probably shouldn't use Mist Form to try and run away from someone. It almost always ends up bad. What it is good for though is getting in a keep door past oils and other mean nasty stuff on your way to the back flag.

    I am wearing 1 swift, and thank you for sharing a glitch and not sharing it ;-)
    That might explain why I saw a video with a guy mist forming and looking like he went very fast.
