There has been a mathematical oversight that needs to be corrected.
Recently (I wasn't paying attention as to when) the ultimate cap was lowered from 1000 to -->500
Cowardice increases ultimate costs by 60% Since people usually have a hard time with math I will do it for you.
Ultimates that cowardice is meh
75 cost+60%=120 cost
100 Cost+60%=160 cost
125 cost+60%=200 cost
Ultimates that cowardice hurts but works
150 cost+60%=240 Cost
175 cost+60%=280 Cost
200 Cost+60%=320 Cost
Ultimates that cowardice really really hurts but still works
225 Cost+60%=360 Cost
250 Cost+60%=400 Cost
275 Cost+60%=440 Cost
300 Cost+60%=480 Cost
Ultimates that CANNOT BE USED WHEN AFFECTED BY COWARDICE Attached is a picture confirming this. I ran tests to make sure.
325 Cost+60%=520 Cost -with cap at 500 good luck using your ultimate
350 Cost+60%=560 Cost- same
375 Cost+60%=600 Cost- One, Ouch two that is more than 100 over the cap and we aren't done
400 Cost+60%=640 Cost- This is the highest costing current ultimate.

I have done research on ultimates. Only "Werewolf Transformation" is effected. However leaving the cap at 500 is Cruel to newer werewolves.
Cowardice is painful enough for werewolves in general but to not be able to even use your ultimate ever until they upgrade? This needs to be fixed.
I will include 3 potential solutions to the problem the first would be the most complicated and the last would be simplest.
1 (The complicated one but works if you are dead set on keeping the ult cap 500)- Change how cowardice works- 60% to a cap of 500. This allows ults above 300 cost to still be useable albeit still a bit painful but the potion's effectiveness is weakened.
2 (also a solution if you are set on keeping the ult cost down to 500 ish) keep the ult cap 500 with an "If" clause "If lycanthropy cap 640" This is a bit complex but workable.
3 THE EASY SOLUTION- Increase the ultimate cap back up.
640 would be the minimum it could be placed at. The only downside to 640 is that it is an unusual number and people may find it odd. If you wanted to avoid that discussion with people my suggestions would be to put it at one of the 3 following values. 650- balanced number. still a bit odd but it is close to the actual number needed. 750- get less questions as to why. 1000- this is where it was prior. and I think this number is great because it shows people just how much ultimate they are wasting if they use the combat counter.
Again This is an oversight that needs to be corrected.
