Problem -100k needed in inventory to reset skills for 1 gold each

Game will not allow me to reset any skills without 100k in my inventory. Which I do not own.
It does not matter that it is 1 gold final cost.
I can't get past the red 100k message.
If this didn't already occur to you Zos this fix of a fix is also broken for anyone who has played for awhile and isn't cash flush today.

I’m sure ZOS will extend the 1g respec window out another week after it’s fixed in the next incremental patch.1 -
