If I’m understanding your complaint correctly, that’s just how it works. The ring doesn’t deal damage to enemies inside of it, just on the actual ring itself.

Yeah, one of the hardest helms to get and one of the shitiest sets. But the one piece bonus is pretty good for PvP though.

Yeah, one of the hardest helms to get and one of the shitiest sets. But the one piece bonus is pretty good for PvP though.

The description on the item is very misleading. I assumed it worked like Grothdar. I am trying to think of a situation where this set would be useful. Maybe a ranged bow build, but even then it would certainly not be my first choice.
