Back about a month ago from a long break looking for BiS for my DK tank (tavas dont work anymore) and my mag nB

ebony male, alkosh and torugs pact for the tank (at least if you want to tank end content).
for the magnb siroria surely is something worthy together with mother's sorrow.

I was running Dragon/tavas/BS before torugs became a good set for tanking now? n where do you get siroria my magnb was running BSw n infallible but i never finished his pvE set

@IcedOver , Siroria is from Cloudrest trial, but I think that for more mobile fights, Burning Spellweave might worth using on front bar, since for Siroria you have to stay inside the circle to keep buff stacks. Maelstrom inferno on back bar is good to have; on the front, people like using either Mother's Sorrow or Julianos.

Grothdarr still my best bet? Yeah i have BsW julianos i think and was grinding for sorrows before so good not much has changed for his pve set

Well... if you want to get best numbers on a dummy, then probably Zaan. ^^ I tested recently, it is very strong. But it has limited range (and upcoming patch, nerfed even further - to 8 meters from 10), so in real situations, I'd look for something like Valkyn Skoria, maybe Ilambris. Grothdarr should be good, but I didn't try myself, and slightly doubtful since it also has limited range. For something like vMA, Iceheart is nice.

I can't comment for DK tank but for magblade Siroria, Mother's Sorrow, BSW and Master Architect along with Zaan, Skoria and Grothdaar are all worth having. Siroria + MS/BSW for stationary fights where you get good uptime on siroria stacks and MS + BSW/MA for mobile fights. Similarly Zaan for fights you can be close to the boss and Skoria for ranged fights, Grothdaar is good in vMA and vCR if you're portal group.

1 more thing whats the best race i was argonian for resources and tankyness in pvp but just wanna pve now

@IcedOver , I think that for the role of DK tank in PvE, argonian still trumps everyone else, though others would say with experience. Magicka nightblade meta is, I believe, dunmer - for highest fire damage.
