I have also had this issue on Xbox na. It's not reapers march though it randomly happens to me in deshaan or summerset. My character will start to load then the spinning loading sign just stops and sits there forever. other characters work fine. This has been happening for a couple weeks now, support told me to delete saved data and I did but it still happens, I have to restart my game multiple times and not use the character I was trying to play.
