Jewely craft writs bugged?

in the patch notes it said this:

Jewelry Crafting Writs will no longer reward Terne, Iridium, or Zircon Grains. They will now only reward Chromium Grains, with the chance to obtain a Grain increasing with the rank of the Jewelry Crafting writ completed, similar to other durable trade skill writ rewards.

I have yet to receive one chromium grain from a writ from multiple crafters, some maxed.

Anyone else getting any of these?

    I'm getting quite a few. To the point I bought extra character slots so I could go from 11 characters doing them to 15 doing them each day.

    I've gotten one from 4 of 5 of the jewelry writs I've done since the patch. Maybe I've just been lucky, but so far it seems like a huge increase from what I saw before (nearly none).

    Yes, they're dropping somewhat commonly and I've received my fair share.

    Random is not even. It has probabilities, not promises.
