But yeah, a lot of people making assumptions about what the OP means by "cute". Of course, they could have added a little more detail about what they meant.

I don't want to have bikini scrolls either, but I am not sure if you are familiar with the outfits used in some older iterations of this game:
You could encounter these NPCs in various inn rooms
Also these enemies were quite... undressed
This was some priestes, Dibella or Mara if I remember
I would like to see outfits true to the beginings of the game - Arena and Daggerfall. We already have the bathing suit, but these are part of the lore and original theme, so why not.
