X button not working. (Interact button)

My controller is working fine for all games except eso. On eso my x button won’t work so I can’t start the Game. Please help ASAP.
Note: I also tried remapping my button to see if it was my controller and that didn’t help me start eso. I can open eso pressing X from my honescreen but when I get to the screen “press x to start” it doesn’t work.

Chibs✭✭✭✭Okay guys. Just figured out this is a Sony problem. I fixed this issue by going into my settings, turning off my device, then simply powering it back on. For some reason you can’t restart your PS4 to fix it. You must turn off your controller via settings.0
